EC20信号强反而无法联网（插天线和不插天线）

办公室内同样测试环境下，不接入主线，板子每次启动都能拨号成功并且正常上网。但是接入主线板子第一次拨号总会失败。AT+CSQ查看接入主线信号前后为11和31。不清楚为什么信号强反而无法联网。

你可以更换程手机SIM卡对比下，看下是否是SIM卡限制导致的问题

经后面测试，驱动起来后还需30s以上的注网耗时，导致之前默认延迟10s拨号失败。目前只能不断重新拨号直到成功的方式来避免，整体耗时要1分左右（额外耗时在dhcp失败，尝试打开raw_ip去了）。不清楚为什么注网耗时这么长
