从上面提供的AT结果看，就是天线没接或者天线有问题 或者所在的位置信号差，或者板子上的射频有问题，总之信号很差。

您好，现在换了空旷的室外,信号强度为29，但依旧没有成功获取ip。

没有注网，换张SIM卡试试吧，用自己的手机卡。

谢谢您提供的思路，确实是因为物联卡的问题。
原因：物联网卡流量用完，更换新物联网卡即可。
