拨号方法：quectel-CM
现象：
（1）拨号日志显示拨号成功，有ip与netmask，ping -I wwan0 baidu.com时无响应；
（2）发现规律：拨号出现10.100.x.x网段时，网络可以ping通； 拨号出现10.104.x.x时，网络无法ping通；
